The Velka Chuchle racecourse Facebook site states that the race conditions for the opening meeting of the 2014 season, to be held on Sunday April 6th, will be published today on the Jockey Club website. The horseracing season will therefore be able to start on the originally planned date, The 1200 metres Gomba Handicap will be the feature race on April 6th.  

Note that access to the racecourse by car will be complicated by one-way traffic on Radotinska Street, which is the street between the railway line and the main entrance to the racecourse. There will be one-way traffic on this street until May 7th, but buses will be able to move in both directions, and the railway station opposite the main entrance to the racecourse will be unaffected.
