The race meetings this weekend will be at Pardubice on Saturday July 26th, first race at 1 p.m. and at Benešov on Sunday July 27th, first race at 2 p.m.

The main race at Pardubice is a Category II crosscountry race over 5 200 metres, which has attracted a good field, including Soros, Klaus, Dorotka and Jam Taki. There is also a category II classical steeplechase, in which only 5 runners are declared. Váňa-trained Big Mago may be the best of a moderate field. There are 9 races on the card, all of them over jumps.

The racing on Sunday is at Benešov. This is a mixed meeting with basic facilities and racing of modest quality - but an afternoon at Benešov racecourse can definitely be recommended.
