Ribelino, winner of the 2015 Velka Pardubicka after the disqualification of Nikas, is unlikely to run in the 2016 Velka Pardubicka. After being pulled up in his first two races this season, he ran in the June qualification race for the VP at Pardubice. At the Popkovice Turn he was brought down, and he suffered head injuries. He will be on the sidelines for at least 6 to 8 weeks, and it is not expected that he can be got ready for the Velka, which will be run at Pardubice on October 9^th.
