Betino has announced that it has a permit to start accepting on-course bets on horseracing in the Czech Republic as from July 12^th, when there will be a race meeting at Prague Velká Chuchle racecourse. Until then, betting will be available through Tipsport, but only for duly registered clients of Tipsport. Betino’s permit has been delayed since the beginning of this racing season, in April. No good reason seems to have been given for the Ministry of Finance’s failure to renew Betino’s permit promptly.
