How to get to Prague Velka Chuchle racecourse by suburban train

The best way to get to Prague Velka Chuchle racecourse is by rail. Trains leave Hlavni Nadrazi (Main Station) at 19 and 49 minutes past each hour, and stop at Smichovske Nadrazi (Smichov Station) at 27 and 57 minutes past each hour. The trains arrive at Prague Velka Chuchle station at 03 and 33 minutes past each hour. It is two minutes on foot from the station to the main entrance to the racecourse.

On the way back into town, trains leave at 24 and 54 minutes past the hour, and arrive at Smichovske Nadrazi after 5 minutes and at Hlavni Nadrazi after 14 minutes. Your Prague city transport pass or a 32-crown ticket is valid from your local tram/metro/bus stop in Prague to the racecourse. Please note that public transport tickets for the return journey are not on sale at Velka Chuchle railway station, so if necessary buy an extra ticket. In addition, the Prague public transport ticket-by-telephone service is not available on trains. Hlavni Nadrazi is on the red metro line, and Smichovske Nadrazi is on the yellow line.
