Venus Travel and Tours is celebrating its 25^th anniversary (1990 – 2015) in the business of selling travel to Greece and Cyprus with a big festival of Greek and Cypriot song and dance, wine and food at Prague Velká Chuchle racecourse on Sunday June 7^th. There will be eight races, sponsored by VTT and other Greek and Cypriot companies and organizations, and the main event will be the Venus Travel and Tours Travel Agency 25^th Anniversary Stakes.

The celebrations at the racecourse begin at 11 o’clock. The LAKATAMIAS folklore ensemble is flying in from Cyprus for the event, and several of the leading dance groups and bands of the Greek communities in the Czech Republic will perform in the course of the afternoon. There will be an opportunity to buy and to taste wines and delicacies imported from Greece and Cyprus.

For a payment of CzK 75, you can participate in a tombola for a large number of very attractive prizes. The proceeds from the tombola will be given to the well-known children’s charity Život Dětem. The tombola prizes will be drawn at 4.20 p.m., and Mr Dimitrios Lambrou, manager of VTT, will hand over a cheque to Život Dětem.

Venus Travel and Tours has celebrated each fifth anniversary of its existence at Prague Velka Chuchle racecourse, and this event should attract a large crowd.
