Czech Derby meeting at Prague Velka Chuchle on Sunday
Submitted by Robin on 16. June 2014 - 12:55The top flat race meeting of the Czech season is on Sunday, June 22nd, first race at 2 p.m. The feature race is the Czech Derby, Graded 3, for 3-y-o colts, geldings and fillies, over 2 400 metres. Sixteen have been declared to run.
Meetings at Pardubice and Karlovy Vary this weekend

The last forfeit stage for the Derby is on Thursday June 12th, and declarations to run will be announced on Monday June 16th.

Everyone who operates in Czech racing relies a lot on this excellent website, and is missing it in so many ways, We are assured that the problems are being worked on intensively and the website will be back in operation just as soon as possible..

Pardubické „bumpery“ po loňském boomu v letošním roce přešly poněkud do ústraní, přece si ale v sobotu řekly o pozornost. Dostih, který se stal jakýmsi „mezioborovým“ měřením sil překážkových a rovinových jezdců, splňujících zařazení mezi propozičně mladé, nakonec v této disciplíně přinesl první zápis Michalu Machovi. Ten v sedle Scotyho pomohl ukončit Jaroslavu Kroutilíkovi téměř dvouleté čekání na devětadvacáté trenérské vítězství , bumper ho ale natolik „vtáhl do hry“, že si odnesl i pětistovkovou pokutu za nadměrné užívání biče.
