Eleven runners have been declared for the Crystal Cup race at Wroclaw on Sunday, June 11^th.

Ryan Air is now accepting bookings for its new route between London Stansted and Pardubice East Bohemia Airport. The flights are now due to begin in September 2017. Pardubice airport is situated adjacent to Pardubice racecourse. There are to be three flights weekly.

Pardubice airport is also available for private flights.

Eleven colts lined up for the 96^th running of the Pražská plynárenská Czech Two Thousand Guineas.

After a break of eight years, a horse trained in Germany has won one of the Czech classic races. German-bred Fashion Queen, by Santiago (GER) out of Fashion Tycoon (IRE) (Chineur (FR)) won by half a length from Polyanta, bred and owned here by Jiří Travníček. Polyanta is by Soldier of Fortune (IRE) out of Peinture Naïve (FR), which raced in the Czech Republic. As she had when winning the main trial race for the 1 000 Guineas, Polyanta set a good pace and ran on well.

The two Czech-trained horses that will run at Cheltenham on December 9^th (Friday) have already been “on the scene” since the end of last week.
