Racing at Pardubice, Velká Chuchle and Wroclaw this weekend
Submitted by Robin on 8. September 2017 - 10:41On Saturday, September 9th, Pardubice holds its last race day before the Velka Pardubicka meeting. The main event is the September qualification race for the Velka Pardubicka. This race has attracted a poor field, and none of the runners seems to be a serious contender for the Velka itself.
September 2017 newsletter
Submitted by Robin on 1. September 2017 - 16:27August 2017 has been mainly a month of looking forward and looking outward. As expected, the here and now inside the Czech Republic has been less interesting. Just six race meetings were held in the Czech Republic in August: two at Karlovy Vary, one at Most, one at Pardubice, one at Kolesa and one at Mimoň.

August 2017 newsletter
Submitted by Robin on 26. July 2017 - 13:25July 2017 has been a warm month, though there have only been a limited number of very hot days, and there has been some rain. In some places, though not in Prague 6, there have been heavy thunderstorms and hailstorms. There has not been enough rain to cause flooding in major rivers, although, as I have often pointed out, far too many places in the Czech Republic are only 48 hours of steady rain away from flooding.
