Submitted by Robin on 5. August 2014 - 16:40The only race meeting in the Czech Republic this weekend is on Saturday, at Lysa-nad-Labem. The first race is at 4.30 p.m., and there are eight races on the card.
Lysa held an evening meeting a year ago, when it was very hot, and it was a popular event with a good crowd. It seems to be a good idea to have a late start again this weekend, when a warm afternoon is forecast.
This will be a mixed meeting, with races of only moderate quality, but with at least nine runners declared for each of the races.
